Cajun Cafe question....
Jun 1, 2017, 7:00 AM
|
|
Taking my boys up tomorrow for the game. Only single tickets left were in right field. I'm just happy to be in and I hope it is packed. I've always wondered though....does the Cajun Cafe sell food to the public, if so what do they cook up and how much money do we need to take to eat there? I assume it can't be much more than concession prices which are ridiculous. I always see it smoaking but no one has ever been able to tell me anything about it. TIA and GO TIGERS!!!

It's private, and from what I hear most of us couldn't afford the price the bar-b-que sauce cost to join, let alone eat.

It is by invitation only. If you can find a way to get invited it will be a treat for you. Everything Is free in the Cajun Cafe. And really good.

The cost isn't much .. but it's like Masters Badges, you can't get on "the list". BTW, Jack hasn't been out there one time since he left, although he has been invited.

and the food and drinks are provided at no cost.
Greg grills-up all kinds of tasty treats. The last time I was out there, frog legs were on the menu.
It's a bucket list thing and fun to do a time or two but I prefer my seats in Section UG.

Nope, me and my friend wondered over there during the National Anthem, on Mother's Day not knowing the deal. They told us to fix a plate and get a drink. After we did that and set down a worker asked to see our tickets. At that point we found out we weren't suppose to be there. We already had a dog each and a can coke, which we got to keep bit had to leave the Cajun Cafe area. We tried to pay and was told no. We had been trying to pay and figure out what to do the entire time we was there. They let us keep our dogs and drinks though; still wouldn't let us pay.
