I don't think game vs Army, Airforce, nor Navy would be great for TV ratings. You never know though.

I agree it would be fun to watch. The problem is you would have to spend a lot of time preparing for the option. It's a game you could easily lose because of the offenses they run. Not much to gain by winning it.

Playing members from our military schools would be great and would fit into the Clemson culture Dabo has established. It would be great exposure for Clemson. It could have a positive impact on recruiting especially kids who had or has family members in the military. It would be a great way to honor all services by playing, Army, Navy, Air Force and the Citadel . Each year Dabo could plan projects for his players to get involved helping a military family or Veterans living in the Clemson area.
I think it’s a great idea. Clemson was initially a military school when found??

We already get dragged for our strength of schedule. I guess instead of scheduling La Tech or Troy or Furman early in the year, we could play a service academy late. Air Force consistently fields the best teams, but I don't think it would give us a bump to play them.

Exactly. The Tigers need to play someone with a pulse and not another Group of 5 school. Heck the ACC is already like playing in the Group of Five.

If Dimbo Fisher doesn't completely destroy Texas A&M, they would be a perfect Military Appreciation Day opponent. They are the only school that put more alumni than Clemson in the service during WWII.

It would be sort of cool to play a service academy on military appreciation day to actually show our appreciation for their dedication - not because there would be something in it for us.
