Counterfeiters and scammers do not care about rules

Counterfeiters and scammers do not care about rules. Those shirts are not licensed! If you see it, report it, do not buy!

As someone who sells licensed sports memorabilia, I see this all the time. The big issue is most fans do not care as long as its cheap. For that reason, I stopped selling apparel...… people actually think they can currently get an authentic Lawrence jersey, get upset when I tell them they can't get an authentic one, its against NCAA rules

I was amazed at seeing so many Clemson fans at the Cotton Bowl wearing fake jerseys. Um, Nike never sold or produced Watson Clemson jersey's with Championship patches on them

Isnt the issue more with the Clemson logo that is a registered trademark? For sure someone cannot use that logo and make money from it without permission, which only comes in the form of a royalty.

I don't know about player images. But I suspect unless the University or the individual has done some sort of trademarking, there is no law against making a shirt with someone's face on it and selling it.
