Good. Maybe figure some other way to use your resources. They have an extra 15 megawatts of electricity? And no electricity for people? SELL IT (Texas sure could use it in a cold snap or California in a heat wave) or sell it ot the bitcoin people as you have, then run lines to people who have no electricity. I mean it's not rocket science.

Side note - I sure as heck wouldn't want my prosperity tied to bitcoin, fwiw.

Which is a common problem with renewables

It costs more to get it to end users than it’s worth

Probably some government grant required the generation be built in a specific area and not where needed.

Hopefully the Rez will spend some of the money getting solar panels on houses where there is no electricity
