we lose 2-3 to UVA,UNC, % SoCar and another to Wright State(say that again WRIGHT STATE!!) and we have done a 360?

William and Mary is 20-9 and #20 in the RPI. Maybe in your oversimplified view of college baseball losing to William and Mary and Wright State are the same thing, but in reality, it is not.
And no, I don't think our baseball team is going down, because we were never better (final standings-wise) than we have been over the past 7 years.

You don't think that may have something to do with the change? I'm not saying that explains their dominance over us lately, because it is pretty embarrassing, but we can't judge current rivalries based on obsolete perceptions of programs in the 90's.
I'm more interested in the overall success of a season than I am with certain head to head records. For instance, us thoroughly dominating FSU the last few years isn't comforting if we don't make it to the Super Regionals.

seem to prevail most of the time, while the factual 70% are generally relegated to oblivion. Then, there are the de-railers, such as Franc and GWP, who seem to thrive on muddying the waters further, thereby creating even more confusion. To set things straight on this detailed thread. Irregardless is not a word and goes way beyond a double negative. "Regardless" means without regard, keep it simple. Also horses DO go before carts! It's carts you don't want to get out ahead of your horse....
