Feel like more fans have already written the kid off before he’s even gotten started. He didn’t play the best against Tennessee but he also wasn’t terrible either. He has an elite skill set that he still hasn’t gotten a chance to show all put together yet. I have faith in the kid believe he’s going to be a special QB for us.

More like I had written off Streeter as OC and DJU as QB. Im excited to get Cade going. We can probably run the ball every down first 3 games and still win. Cade is going to be fine. Has had some beautiful passes in fall camp that have been shared.

If you needs had ever seen him play hs ball at Westlake you would just shut up and watch...he has a skill set that DW or TL only had as srs and DW would get wild in a minute...If the new OC is what we think he is CK will pass all those cats!

It’s definitely going to be a fun year I think this years OL has a chance to be one of the better ones we’ve had in a long time. Just went up to Clemson last weekend it’s got that electric feeling in the air again. Wish we could skip the next 18 days lol.

Lol huh, that bowl game was meaningless and it was Cade's first full start. I would hope people would have enough sense not to judge him on that game. He did alot of good things and some bad it's just part of being a young player. I don't care if he throws a few picks...I just want to see us be more aggressive because that loosens everything else up and it's a helluva alot more fun to watch than a QB throwing screen passes in the dirt

The only negative I’ve heard about Cade is that he should have been starting last year (if you an call that’s negative) Tenn wasn’t on him it was on an ol and OC who never adjusted to the pressure. Kid was running for his life and trying to make plays. Dudes a stud. He s gonna show out this year

Statistically speaking our offense whipped Tennessee but stalled in the red zone.
To be his 1st start in a big bowl game where Joe Milton played above his pay grade, Cade played really well at time considering we abandoned the run.
