I know that hindsight vision is 20/20. However, shouldn't Dabo have seen a giant red flag when Stoudt's only other big-time college offers were Arizona State and Colorado? You have a high school quarterback from Ohio whose father played for the nearby Pittsburgh Steelers, and yet not a single Big Ten school even bothered to offer him according to Rivals. It's not as if the Big Ten is the premier football conference with the most talent. If Alabama or Florida State doesn't offer a guy, it may be an oversight and therefore acceptable to offer a recruit. However, if Purdue, Indiana, Minnesota, or even non-Big Ten Pitt extends no offer, a glaring warning sign should have alarmed in Dabo's head. Right? Where am I wrong?
