i kinda like it as well, but would prefer if the Paw was actually a little smaller on it so as to see the actually complete TigerPaw....where it isn't covered up at all by the facemask or corners cut off.
cool design though, purple looks nice...and with our orange, it's the colors of ROYALTY.
we need to get back up on the throne!!!

We are all about the PAW, Orange, Purple and white. Your first attempt was an insult by using black. Only lame schools like USuck dabble in black, like a desperate fad. Your second attempt is by far better, but will never be embraced by the masses. You have the colors correct, but you've still missed the essence of the paw. It is over done, runs off the edges into the face mask, etc. The paw needs to be seen in all its subtle glory. You challenge is the address these things and still have something new. Good luck.

Orangeman, I agree! F the haters! I think it looks pretty sharp! I LOVE our traditional unis, and our helmets are unequalled, but it WOULD be a GOOD thing, for the players, recruiting, AND the haters, to see something extravagant every now and then. I'll repeat what I've said before...no, I DON'T want to be Oregon, but I #### sure don't wanna wear the same old tux (no matter HOW fantastic it IS) to the same old PROM every year! So I don't want to be Alabama's lame @ss EITHER! LSU is traditionally ugly as f#ck, but when THEY wear those white helmets, purple jerseys and white pants, I can't HELP but want to watch!
Go TIGERS, and GET WITH THE TIMES! Jeez!

I like this. It's the only change I feel is needed with Clemson uniforms. It would be nice to see a purple helmet when they wear the purple jersey/pant combination, which they should do more often.

It is better than the black and I like it ok. I think it would be better if the purple was darker and if it was a metallic or mat finish instead of being mirrored.

I'm an old timer, and I'm still very partial to what we have. Things have changed through out college FB the last 5 to 10 years, and we have held to what we have always had, its always been a part of our tradition. Being that its the young kids that's playing the game that us old timers love so well, I say lets spruce it up just a little bit so that our kids playing the game don't feel out dated from what the other college teams are doing. I could learn to live with that helmet, and I'm sure the kids we have playing the games for us would love it. So let them have some of the new, I just hope that it doesn't get so crazy that I wouldn't recognize my team when they come out on the field.
