I cannot fathom him not playing. Hes too much of a competitor. If he's healthy he's playing. They will have to hire a new get back coach to keep him off the field.

If he clears concussion protocol he will play and if he doesn't he won't. Nobody can play until they clear concussion protocol. It's really that simple.

Agree. Fake News...
... imo, this has been HCDS & Co’s worst performance ever in terms of dealing with a player’s situation or status. I just don’t get their need or thought process in being so (obviously) tight lipped and circumspect with regard to the actual nature or severity of Renfrow’s injury. If I’ve missed any of them specifying either of those details, then I apologize for my criticism.
But seriously, it is not as if Hunter playing or not playing vs SCAR - or even in the ACCCG - is a huge disadvantage to/for us. So why the lack of detail(s)?

I’ll bet $$ we’re not getting updates because he’s in concussion protocol. Also bet he won’t be cleared for this weekend. He knocked himself out.
As much as I’d love to have him, and him continue breaking consecutive game/catch records, I’m more concerned with his long term health.

Agree and it's probably a HIPAA violation to give that info without his permission and that probably hasn't come up in conversation yet.
I was so relieved when he got up and walked off. That looked bad. I'd love for him to be good to go Saturday but If that's his last play in death valley it was a heroic finish.

Head injuries are not something that can be taken lightly. It may take time for symptoms to appear. A re-injury can be life altering or even deadly.

Well in all honesty anytime you can legally withhold info from the opposing team you should, any coach worth his weight would. The coots are forced to practice for him being in the game. Now if he came out and said he would not be playing that would free up some practice time for other things....get it?
