Yep, I couldn't get into it for a month or two since forgot my password and new passwords made would not forward to my email so to continue. Guess ole age has more liabilities than I imagined! Ha..
I even got paranoid a bit and felt that the Mods had kicked me out due to my crushing criticisms of the Democrats over on the Political Board.
Yep, that would be deserving of them since I have bashed the Dems relentlessly for messing up America, disliking Apple Pie & disrespecting our National Anthem, in my opinion.
Will admit it was somewhat of a relief to not be able to chime in..in that I saved a lot of hours not typing out various "insignificant" sports thoughts or opinions..
But simply read the daily dribble (oops, that was rude) from the board..but was able to give brownie points when a poster earned it.
And, saw what SPuD was up to personally via his sideways pics of his putting together a $10K fishing kayak with an expensive lithium battery run motor setup with steerling mechanisms, a freaking soft swivel seat..plus a new pickup truck (home sales must be hot) to carry it on the tailgate..basically to catch fish he could have purchased at Costco for 1/1000 % less! LOL~
Then, of course you have O.J. religiously showing up (did he miss a night?) one sec after midnight with his signature & historic post for all the night owls exclaiming how many days left til our great football team begins to kick buttt.
Well, life goes on while my ole Bulb handle of lightbulbbill begun in Fall of 2009 when I was in year one of dating GF #1 goes into semi-retirement unless I decide to finally post some of my 1965-6 sports articles written while a sports writer at The Tiger Student Newspaper.
They are jewels imho in that one was titled: "The night Coach Frank Howard kicked me out of Fike".
Lastly, Many thanks to those who followed my dribble for the last 15 years and gave me an unreal 100,000* brownie points!
OK, i'm back posting under "billyratcap1959" which should be self-explanatory and which denotes an unreal year at age 17 of being a Clemson freshman in 1959..aka a rat wearing the little orange beanie cap of scorn but to us it was glorious..while campus life away from home was busy, eye-opening and full of soaking in that special Clemson esprit-de-corps spirit.
It and that first semester of surviving as a rat has remained within me ..(the newness of marching on Bowman in ROTC..running to Dan's Burgers for the upper classmen....seeing Frank Howard coach up his Boys in what's the current soccer field..attending FB games in the small Death Valley with no Hill or Rock, no upper deck..hitching a ride on a Friday to get home or to see a GF at a different college..writing home for $5 to buy stamps & a burger (and couple beers)..etc.
Lastly..Go TiGERS, Jeep Rocking!

Dittos on rat season. I hitch hiked to myfam and girlfriend in Columbia. Never a hickup. Rat season is a large part of my sentimental relationship with CU. Regret that it went away along with mandatory ROTC. Class of 71.

I had my doubts initially that billyratcap1959 was actually LBB. I thought it might be an imposter. I guess 10+ years of exposure to Tnet's scok culture can do to that to a person.

I use an app called Keeper. Autofills on most logins. Have over 150 passwords no way I can keep up with that.
Politics board equates to trash. Don’t recommend it and you will be better for it. You are not changing a liberals mind and they are not changing yours. Futile.
