The DOJ has specifically said that they have not named her as a suspect. Gait analysis is at best corroborating evidence only, and even at that, it's not considered solid.

If I'm Kerkhoff, I would sue The Blaze and whatever "journalist" wrote this stuff.

This entire thing fits a pre-defined theory by kooks like you. What it lacks is actual evidence.
