It is funny, but it's no gaffe. It's fine for whites to vote Pub,Dem, 3rd party, but blacks are Uncle Toms unless they support the Dem Party.

That narrative has been in play for over 60 years.

Biden meant what he said and he's never recanted that I'm aware of. It wasn't a gaffe when he said the Pubs would put blacks back in chains either.

I don't remember him walking that one back either.

Joe was very intentional with both remarks and those remarks were racist then and now.
