why would anyone shorten the time you have to be outside away from everyone while you are tending the smoker and drinking beer?

braised for an hour or 2 then finished on the grill.
Water, mustard, ketchup, bbq sawce, honey, etc. for the liquid.

bark. All depends on the texture you’re going for. It’s smoke and poke…it’s gonna be good. Don’t know why he felt the need to rub mayo on it. Maybe I should rub some on my wiener to see what the appeal is.

experience you can't even taste the mustard. I don't suppose tasting the mustard would matter to me though because I'm going bawls deep into mustard based bbq sawce with a butt anyways.
