I'm excited for the LSU-Clemson game, think we've got a real great shot at a solid win. Our offense, though sputtering at times, has really come through for us as well in big games such as Alabama, where we only lost on the last drive. Mettenberger has a cannon of an arm and if the OL gives him time to throw, can pick you apart. Jeremy Hill is only a freshman and is a future All-SEC back and i think he leaves after next year to go pro.
I want to talk LSU-Clemson football with ya'll, and the best place to do it is at the largest college football sports board in AMERICA

There are two stadiums nick-named Death Vally.
Clemson claims they are the "real" Death Valley because they had the name first.
LSU claims they are the "real" Death Valley because their stadium is widely-known as one of, if not the toughest place to play football for opposing teams. Or as their coach says, "Death Valley is where opponents dreams go to die". And based on their record in Saturday night games there, it is a fitting name.
There can be two stadiums nick-named Death Valley, for different reasons.

Um, we had the name first because it's such a tough place to play. The head coach at PC called it "Death Valley" because he always lost, usually by a wide margin. Many players past and present will tell you that the atmosphere at Clemson is more intense than most stadiums.
And frankly, the term "Deaf Valley" should apply to Memorial Stadium as well, just look up the video from the Miami game a few years ago, or "The Catch II" from 2000.

you know, with hills and such on every side - not built on a flat piece of ground.
but I admit it's hotter in Baton Rouge than it is in Clemson.
