Great article David. This is exactly my take on Dabo:

1. The glass is always full for him
2. The man loves challenges and changes
3. He loves the fact that he gets a chance to develop you new talent every year; and I am sure that is view regarding coaches. I am sure he cannot wait to take the new coaches under his wing and show them the "Dabo" way.

There are some differences from 2014: On the pro side, Clemson has an established reputation, record, and great facilities. On the con side, there are the issues of NIL and the transfer portal that did not exist in 2014.

I have always heard that Dabo wants the coaches and the players to "reinvent" themselves every year. I think that the time has come for Dabo to reinvent some of his ideas without letting go of his core philosophy.

I am looking forward to the next five years under Dabo's stewardship.

I'm guessing Dabo is looking outside for OC and DC. If he was going to promote from within, he probably would have already announced it. It takes time to contact, discuss, and draw up a contract for someone outside of the Clemson family. Thoughts.
