if Biden hadn't told them that things like "commercial facilities, chemical, communications, critical manufacturing, dams, energy, defense industrial base, emergency services, financial, food and agriculture, government facilities, healthcare and public health, information technology, nuclear reactors, materials, and waste, transportation systems, and water and wastewater systems" are important.

Talk about spilling the beans. What a dummy! I wonder if those facilities are also important in Russia? I guess we'll never know since Putin is smart enough not to share what things are critical to Russian operations and viability.

Russia is currently being crushed by US and global sanctions. What this effort was, likely with precedence, was a warning that Russia will be sanctioned for attacking specific entities that they were warned to stay away from, if intelligence can show where the attacks originated (and they usually can).

Your dumbass post makes it sound like Biden gave Putin encryption keys and backdoors into those entities.
