GOR same contract as exit fee?

Someone posed a possible solution to the exit fee estimated to be roughly $120 million:

Have one team withdraw from the ACC but the “group of 7” splits the $120 million fee to reduce their individual burdens. Having a team leave nullifies the original contract thus allowing all seven a way out.

The problem is you still have the GOR issue. My question is that verbiage in the same agreement and would the GOR be nullified as well?

They’ll come up with much cheaper plans to leave. We might have to go to the Big10 so we don’t mess up the media deal with espn
