Someone posed a possible solution to the exit fee estimated to be roughly $120 million:
Have one team withdraw from the ACC but the “group of 7” splits the $120 million fee to reduce their individual burdens. Having a team leave nullifies the original contract thus allowing all seven a way out.
The problem is you still have the GOR issue. My question is that verbiage in the same agreement and would the GOR be nullified as well?
