what gets me is byrnes had pretty much the same situation but is allowed to stay in the playoffs.

almost....creeks violation was during playoffs (so they should be banned), byrnes was during the regular season vs dorman, and that win was taken.

What Byrnes did was VERY underhanded. They DID turn themselves in..er..sort of. They were not forthright with the information and purposefully dragged their feet on getting the info out. Bentley flat out lied about when he got the info to Dorman. He submitted it to SCHL on Friday at 5:30. Stratford was travelling to Spartanburg so they were probably almost here.
From what I heard Byrnes should face HEAVY punishment next season IMO since this one they skated.

its actually a fairly large area, between district 5 (byrnes) and district 6 (dorman), which are right next to each other. the area has been growing in population for a while which would make sense why the two schools have dominated for the past 15 years. unfortunatly one more than the other (im a dorman alum)

player that transferred from Berkley. Berkley sent his transcripts, but they did not tell GC that the player had repeated the 9th grade. Seems like a harsh remedy to me. GC was unaware as I understood it.

Then reported it to SCHSL about football.
Kid was a reserve...played in 7 games, I believe.

No good dead goes unpunished.
