Whether he stays or goes, best decision he made was to graduate with his last class in summer one! Congrats and best wishes either way on basketball

Im excited for him and i feel that he is going to move on, and certainly dont blame him for that.
However, I am curious what he meant but this comment about coach BB.
"He's been really good. I wasn't expecting that early on in this process.”
Kind of strange and i wonder what he meant by that?

come back we make the tourney, if you don't we probably won't. WE have a pretty good team next year with our new guys and current guys but will need that steady production to make it happen. All ACC, maybe ACC player of the year if we really show out. IT was basically the same situation with KJ is what we will have with JB.
But thats just me talking. I'm not turning down money in my decision. So Good LUck in all you do but would be nice to see you in Clemson Orange next year for the last hurrah!

It sounds like he is approaching this the right way.

Most predictions I have seen have him selected in the second round or not drafted at all. It is very revealing that he was on the alternate list for the draft, rather than one of the 50-60 originally selected. It's going to take a heck of a combine to vault him into a guaranteed first round pick. Thus, I think chances are very good he returns.
An extra year in college would serve him well, not only for his draft stock, but also for improving some deficiencies in his game.
Regardless, I wish him all the best and appreciate the great way he has represented Clemson University.

My thoughts exactly. I think another year of college and improving his stock will outweigh coming out early. Unless of course he lights things up in the tryouts. Here's to wishing him all the best.

I'm nobody to listen to, but after seeing the evaluations and watching him play, it's hard to conclude going early helps. Tremendous difference in level of play over years, but still much to work on. IMHO.
