Virginia State Route 192, known as Azalea Garden Road, is a 2.02 mile state highway that runs from SR 165 north to SR 170 in the city of Norfolk providing access to the Norfolk Botanical Garden.
The bowl story yesterday reminded me that the same 4 pals and I also went to the Citrus Bowl in Orlando the following New Years, 1992, for the '91 season. It wasn't as fun as the Hall of Fame Bowl experience with the beach and the win, but it was memorable. We didn't have time for Disney, but we went to the pep rally the night before the game where Ed McDaniel used some bad words at the mic that got him in trouble. Then we lost to California 37-13. It felt like a turning point. I was hoping Hatfield could keep the momentum going from the previous 15 years, but it just didn't work out. But we won the ACC that season. Clemson had beaten Oklahoma in the Citrus Bowl after the 1988 season. Btw, speaking of Peanuts, I'm like Charlie Brown with the big round head and Lucy wouldn't let me kick the football.

Dawson Zimmerman (2008-2011) was always a true Clemson Man. Even before he arrived in God’s Country, Zimmerman was making a difference in the world! According to Sports-Referemce.com:
Prior to Clemson:
Even before college, Zimmerman was serving others, as he traveled to Biloxi, MS to help with the Hurricane Katrina relief effort and to Ecuador. However, service was not the only thing he was becoming more passionate about.
Zimmerman was a soccer player in high school who decided to try football “for kicks.” After practicing some with the Brookwood High team, he quickly realized that he had a natural talent for punting. By his senior season, he was rated as the #2 punter in the nation by Scout.com and was being recruited by many colleges.

During Clemson:
Zimmerman punted 192 times for 7,895 yards (41.1 average punt). https://www.sports-reference.com/cfb/players/dawson-zimmerman-1.html
On September 4, 2010: Sept. 4, 2010 – Dawson Zimmerman: “booted a 79-yard punt in a victory over North Texas, the second-longest punt in Clemson history at the time. He finished the day with a 51.0-yard net average on six punts, best in Clemson history.” https://clemsontigers.com/clemson-football-historical-timeline/
He was named National Punter of the Week that week: https://www.abccolumbia.com/2010/09/06/clemson-punter-gets-national-award/
After Clemson (Now training young up and coming punters):
An ACC All-American, Academic All-American, and Ray Guy Semi-Finalist punter for Clemson University (2008-2011) and briefly for the Atlanta Falcons (2012), Coach Dawson Zimmerman has trained punters and kickers with One On One Kicking since 2012. He has personally trained and coached a number of former and current NFL punters, including AJ Cole (Raiders), Tyler Newsome (Chargers), Ian Berryman (Jets), and Blake Gillikin (Penn State), while also training and coaching alongside NFL veterans Johnny Hekker (Rams) and Ryan Allen (Patriots, Falcons).

Zimmerman has quite a highlight video on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_CTi8rOP40w
