Riley's Dink Dink Offence continues to allow the safeties and corners to concentrate on our short game. His regular lack of downfield passing has ended our recent history of high scoring games with many yards of offense. I think we are well past the point where he needs to go.

For the life of me I can never understand when we are in a 3rd and 4 to 6 yards

for a first down that we almost NEVER run multiple routes to the line of gain(+) where if the receiver simply catches the ball it is a first down. Yet, we always seem to throw the ball behind, or 1 yard beyond the line of scrimmage relying on our receiver to "juke" and break tackles to the line of gain for the first down.

This has been a Clemson trend for a long time and it is beyond frustrating watching our receivers routinely fail to get these shorter yardage 3rd down conversions simply because we cut the routes too short.

When Clemson goes to the jumbo package, the defense knows what is coming. Two straight fumbles at the goal line almost cost us the game. I'd like to see some fakes and bootlegs off that formation.
