“He is probably gonna be just as good as Watson, if not better,” FSU defensive tackle Giorgio Newberry said. “He has a strong arm, he can throw, he’s fast, he’s a smart quarterback, too. He helps us out a lot as far as giving us a look on defense.”

Strong words. The kid obviously has some limitations if he's riding the bench behind Golson and McGuire. Watson was ready to win here as a freshman on day 1.

Riiiiiiiiiiiight. If he's as good or better than Watson then he wouldn't be a backup. Sorry bro, Watson is the real deal, he's that calm and cool in a real game, not just practice. Can't imitate the great Deshaun Watson.
