FSU ranked higher than Clemson...

I think FSU is going to be tough next year. I think they are getting better each year under Norvel. Still, I can't rationalize a 10-3 FSU ranked ahead of an 11-3 Clemson who : won the head to head match-up (on the road) and won the conference. They get rewarded for playing an unranked Oklahoma team in a bowl?

We'll beat the dog dookie out of them in Clemson next year.

Just so I understand the thinking around here:
FSU pass D: #4 in the country
UT pass D: #127 in the country
Yay for the guy that went 320 0-2 against #127 on a neutral field, and boo for the guy that went 203 3-0 against #4 on the road. Do I have this correct?

Don't question how we ended up in the final AP poll. Question why we lost to ND, USC and UT. I, too, am upset. But my baleful gaze falls upon our coaching staff, not on hapless AP voters who, rightfully, ranked a hot FSU team above us at the end of the season.

your ranking should should be based on the entire season. It's not a big deal just doesn't make any sense. I don't care if they were hot late.

Absolutely no doubt that I would rather win the ACC (an actual championship) than a meaningless bowl game. There are only two real championships to win ... conference and national.

Not only have we won the head to head against FSU, we have won 7 straight against them. That is their same O same O bias that has been used a lot since Dabo and Clemson has beat their favorite teams year after year....

FSU’s senior stud QB is their primary position of advantage vs us. TE may also be an advantage for them.
Also, not sure how we’ll stack up in the special teams area.
With the exception of QB and TE, our other units on offense and defense will be as good … or better … than FSU’s comparative units.

AP votes the eye test. We were better when we beat FSU but they voted on FSU getting better and in their minds being better by the end of the season. I have to believe FSU will be the pre-season ACC favorite next year.
