FSU lands another transfer... OL from Auburn...

Not trying to be a downer but if FSU hits on even half their transfers for next year.. they are going to be very good.
Hopefully we get a couple of guys back on the DL but if not... who is going to stop Jordan Travis next season?
Somebody set me straight here if I am missing something but while our offense will likely be better next season, our defense could... just saying could... take a big step back while we grow up freshmen to replace Bresee, Murphy, Ruke, Davis.

Alex Atkins (OL and OC) is doing a great job recruiting - HS and portal. 4 of the guys we have picked up in the portal will enter Spring #1 on depth chart - TE, T, G, G.

But, on the other hand, we are not doing a good job in any other position group. General consensus is we have to drastically improve our HS recruiting. We can't count on picking up 7 or 7 starters through the portal every year.

247 has you ranked 18th in recruiting. Not terrible... if you guys can finish off this 10 win season and the portal momentum.. it could be the turning point. You dont have to get 7 starters from the portal every year, just long enough to get going again. Norvell has done a good job with it and you have a real chance to be special next year with who you have coming back and getting from the portal.

Since we do not know who will sign either tomorrow or next month, or if we will be short any players on scholarship, I would not worry about it. Dabo's record tells me we are in good hands.
