up his ticket to the 1940 Big Thursday Clemson-USC game this week! $2.40, including tax. It also includes "Stadium Rent," which sounds to me like we already owned W-B and the Coots were having to pay us rent so they passed that expense along to the spectators.

The good guys pulled out the W 21-13 that year--Clemson's 7th win in a row! I can't seem to find any pictures of Tiger Fans 7-bombing Rex Enright.

I think it was either $15 or $20. So roughly a 3000% increase in price from 81 to 2016

Found my ticket stub for the '81 chicken kickin' just recently in a box of old school stuff. Don't remember the price of ticket but the memories were priceless.
