Then found out one was 15, the other was 22 and one was in a fraternity... Or did they just assume all of that based on this video? To me it looked like a drunk idiot fighting a sober idiot and was lucky he was a row higher.

This is not new. In 1971, a few of their "Rats" broke off from their tunnel for the players and ran down the field and tore off the Tigers tail. The head Cheerleader made the tackle of the day as this hoodlum ran across the with it high in the air. The Country gentleman also got into the act by breaking his cane across another GT freshman.
A GT group sent a letter to the Clemson people the next year, stating that "Last year we tried for the Tail. This year we try for the whole suit. So when their Rats broke from their tunnel, they found that the guys in civilian clothes on the other side of Football team were the JV football team. Our cheerleaders helped the Tiger across the fence onto the surrounding track and up into the middle of the Tiger Band.
In 1977, towards the end of the game the security opened the fences along the surrounding track for the Bands to march out. Their "rats" came down the track and tried to get the Tiger. The cheerleaders pushed back anyone trying to cross the fence and the Clemson fans in the seats by the other side of the track started to push into the GT Freshmen. A few swings were taken. This is not a new thing between these two teams.

I didn't see anyone get dropped in the video. Looked like two DAs trying to fight in the seating area, losing balance and tripping over themselves and the seats.

There was a 50ish and 30ish dude in front of me in the upper deck, both Tiger fans, who I wanted to slug. Both drunk, obnoxious, standing so we could not see, looking back toward the top of the stadium looking and waving at their friends. They would then take out a mini bottle of Fireball while standing and down them and high five each other. I hope they enjoyed ruining the game for everyone around them.
