Hard to say. It's not Etienne. He's fast, but it's deceptive. The run against Louisville looked worse than it was because of the DL chasing him. He's got the fastest acceleration for sure. Top end I'm going with Fields (think he ran a 4.34 at a combine) Cain, or possibly Higgins. It's different with pads on for sure.

Muse's 40 time is listed as a 4.32 on 24/7 sports, but that is almost certainly hand-timed. Muse's draft profile has him about a 4.5. I think he is probably a mid to low 4.4.

can't judge by that. First, Feaster is not the standard bearer of speed on the team. He's fast but he's not lightning fast or anything like, say, a CJ. Second, Feaster was carrying the football and Higgins wasn't. Same as in basketball, the guy dribbling can't go quite as fast as someone who's not. All this said, I bet Higgins is about the fastest on the team.

One of these 3 is definitely the fastest on the team. Fields and Mullen were both low 4.3 guys at high school combines. Cain was an even 4.4 guy, but I think he has gotten faster now that he lost weight. Muse has a 4.32 listed on his 24/7 site, but I would be shocked if he isn't more like a 4.4. I think that 4.32 was hand-timed. Higgins is a 4.5 guy. Not a burner, more like Mike Williams.

Not to mention on that play they were 80 yards downfield when Higgins caught him. He had time to build up his speed with his longer strides. Acceleration Feaster would be faster but top end speed it would be Higgins.
I think last summer a video was posted of Cain and Feaster racing and Cain edged him out, it could have been Cain and another player though I honestly can't remember for sure.

And Cain was toying with him for the last third of the race. Feaster also has like 30 pounds on Cain, so to call it a fair race would be asinine. Cain is easily a 4.3 guy, which is exactly why he will be a 1st rounder.
