joke and put it in front of a few focus groups within your spheres of influence. After a good scrum or two, see if you can automagically rework it into a joke that has a bit more synergy and reach. Bring that back and we will circle back and see if we can get you a freemium for it if it moves the needle.

And what I learned is that before diving into deeper questions, it's best to warm up the group with a couple of open-ended questions that allow participants to get to know each other a little bit. Participants should have the liberty to decide how much they want to share with the group. Don’t force anyone to share something they may not feel comfortable sharing.
By including a question that allows people to talk about something tangential to the topic of the focus group, your participants will begin to build empathy for each other. That empathy can grow into trust, which is essential for eliciting honest insights out of your group.
Here are a few questions I asked to build trust:
"Share an aspect of your work or life experience that has brought you here today." "Why did you decide to join our focus group today?" "When and how did you first come across our brand/product/service?"
Focus Group Question Examples were used to Encourage Follow-up and Continuation of Ideas The most helpful insights that came from my focus group were often the most specific points. I Challenged my participants to reflect on their comments when something sparked my curiosity. For instance:
"That's a fascinating point that [name] just said — what do you all think of that?" "Do you agree or disagree with [name]'s statement, and why?" "[Name], you've been a bit quiet recently. Did you have any thoughts on this topic that you wanted to share?"
Once got all the onions peeled back we were really able to identify the buyer persona. From here we brought in the data analytics team to unscramble our findings in support of our truth finding mission.
I'm not quite ready to bring the full output to our C-level folks as of yet, but when the powerpoint is ready we'll roll it out over Teams and then post it to the intranet site for further analysis.

SAFe 4 certified so basically a scrum master. As such I say this joke can't be saved. Now lets get to work on real stuff like the cash conversion cycle and EBIT.
