That picture of happy times tells it all. Back in the years 2015-2019 or 20, we had NFL guy after NFL guy including of course Trevor the number 1 pick. It is all about recruiting, recruiting, recruiting.

Recruiting is an important piece of the puzzle. It's not the ONLY factor.

The build up from the ending of 2011 and the disastrous Orange Bowl loss... It was such a beautiful thing to watch and see it get a little better and progress on the field, in recruiting, in coaching, in execution, AND results.
It was so enjoyable, thankful that it happened to my only true favorite team!
Memories will always be there and while the current team is underperforming (players/coaches/staff), I am still proud and happy to be a Clemson Tiger fan! Forever a Tiger, beat those Coots.
Go Tigers!!

Ed O’Bannon did his job PERFECTLY. He turned the college game into a no-rules, no holes barred, pay-to-play NFL minor league system.
UNLIKE the MLB minor league system, the NFL has NO CONTROL over this football minor league system. The money in “college” football is just so much more than minor league baseball, it is an uncontrolled beast that is the TRUE playground of the “RICH and FAMOUS”.
Clemson will try to continue to play in this professional minor-league, but I suspect that Dabo will maybe give this another year and go the way of Saban. The money is NOT there for Clemson to field teams competitive with Ohio State, Michigan, Miami, Texas, Georgia, Alabama.
I’d rather see Clemson compete at a D-2 or D-3 level. I hate to watch the Clemson football team wallow in desperation, mediocrity, and despair. But, if Clemson stays where they are, this season will be REPEATED OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and…well you get the poiint.

Watching this medical school residency up close, it is an absolute TRAVESTY what the medical schools and hospitals get away with.
