Downloading Football Tickets!

How in the he77 can IPTAY screw up what should be a very simple process. I am on the IPTAY website on my desktop computer and it gives four simple instructions how to download tickets onto my Iphone. 1. Log in to www.clemsontigers.com/login 2.Select your designated game 3. Select "add to mobile wallet" to save to your phone 4. Repeat the process for any additional tickets.

Step 1 . I did and worked fine.

Step 2. I did and no where is there an "add to mobile wallet" ..... only the tickets seats and rows and an arrow to the right. Click the arrow and you are given two options "Transfer" or "Sell". I don't want to sell it and what happens if I click "transfer". No where have I found "add to mobile wallet", so should I hit "transfer" where it will direct me to add it to my wallet?

I saw differently, I recieved my nc state and south carolina tickets in the past week and it gave me an option to transfer them to your apple wallet.. should be on the middle of the screen between transfer and sell and the barcode.

You need to be doing that on the phone, not the desktop.

I was doing it on my phone. I was reading the instructions from my desktop computer while using my Iphone to supposedly download the tickets.

Sounds like you may have Apple Cash turned off. Look in settings—wallet & apple pay. Make sure Apple Cash is on.

Only thing I can think of.

Using the app on cell phone is much easier. It is called the Clemson Tiger app.
