There's no other way to put it. You see other top schools lose assistants and make home run hires to replace them. We're supposed to be a top level school, a destination everyone wants to go too....and this is the best we can get? I've enjoyed this run we've had, but it's hard for me to not says it's over.

There is NO ONE that can replace B.Venables at DC. NO ONE ANYWHERE.
BV is now a HC, and there is not anyone else in C.Football who is as good as DC as BV was.
