Most likely each university has an Accountant dealing with this for them, if that is even within the rules of the NIL.

By now most schools should have an accountant either taking care of it or telling them how to. That's part of Clemson's Reign program. I assume other schools have followed suit.

I believe under the rules that would be a illegal benefit if it is not offered to every college attendee of that university or as an elective class. Because the Universities cannot be a contributor(gifts, financial,ect) with NIL

and it's an unfair fact that certain segments of the population can own private businesses w/o fear of penalty for failing to pay federal income taxes. I personally know some who have been in business for over 20 years and never paid a dime, some have never even filed.

Horse hockey Some of these folks never had to file tax due to low income. Today, nobody care about this spit from a school standpoint Everybody technically is an independent contractor. Wait for the Supreme Court decision
