OT: Cabarrus County Traffic Attorney

Does anyone know of a good traffic attorney in cabarrus county? $200+ for a 9 over ticket seems a bit steep and I think could just spend the same amount on an attorney.

on not getting any points. If they dropped it down to 9 mph over the speed limit, chances are you were driving faster than that. A good attorney can get this dismissed and you avoid having to pay higher insurance premiums.

Wish I had the name of an attorney for you but if you know an attorney in your county, call him/her for a recommendation. They usually network very well.

ask for a jury trial--they will usually negotiate with you
request records on when their equipment has been calibrated.
