What is the actual logistical reason? It's not like people are clamoring to watch us plan North Alabama on TV at 9 PM on a Monday, seems odd.

ACC Network has double headers and guess what got second game of the double header tonight
Last week NC State had UNCG at 9pm, Friday UNC had NC Central at 9pm.
There are others as well.
It's all for TV...

If clemson and whatever other team was playing decided to play at day 2:30 pm... how could the acc stop them?
Sure.. would be some fines.. but espn couldn't physically stop clemson from playing.

What a stupid comment. Correct, ESPN cannot physically stop us from playing. That is both true and completely irrelevant and unrealistic.

Agree. I am occupied from 730-9 basically every night. 9pm games allow me to watch live.
