You want to know what the REAL irony of this season is?

For all the talk about how weak the ACC was going into the season, had we performed up to expectations, the rest of the league has far OUTperformed those preseason expectations. Our ranked teams would probably be ranked a little higher if we were leading the charge.

The other weird thing is that the ACC beats up on itself

Then that means the conference is weak. When the SEC does it, it just shows how strong and balanced they are.

And exactly what were your expectations against what others were predicting?
For example Tiger Time magazine had us winning every game, including Georgia by double digits(42-31). I wonder if they were drinking some of that spiked orange Gatorade when they went to press because they haven't even come close to predicting the outcome on any game, unless of course you include the two cupcake games.
I honestly thought we could lose a close game to Georgia, and still make the CFP's,
But we have either struggled, or lost every meaningful game since then. In fact the loss to N.C. State did more to knock us out than the Pitt game because State is in our division.
So there is your irony, and I could care less what the rest of the league has done.

Yea and I graduated with honors, which is good considering I also graduated the 6th grade last year.

As long as the ACC has another year of 0-win bowl games, comparisons of crappy ACC teams with very average recruits compared to the SEC are unREAL.
