Band width in the pray office only allows 10 emails an hour takes 3 4 days to send out notices

On this note anyone know the reasoning behind them getting rid of the general parking lots such as C1?

Because of construction, IPTAY is down a bunch of parking spots. All of C1 will be IPTAY this year.
