As a wittle freshman (redshirt) ... his job will be to learn the system
After the redshirt year, he will have 4 years to activally play
He can then compete for the starting slot against whoever ...
We can't assume that a High School star player is going to be able to compete right away ...

Stoudt will give us calm leader and great passer that we need, and Chad (also injured last year) can come in provide different pace with his better running, but he appears as excitable like Tajh?
Deshaun's role models all redshirted - Winston, Tajh, and Johnny football.
