Delay of game penalty on the bench

Please help. I cannot find an explanation of why Clemson bench was flagged twice for "delay of game". If it was explained during the game, I missed it. Thanks for your help.

the refs trying to fix the game. I've never seen that penalty called ever, usually they will give you a warning first.

It was pretty obvious the refs were doing what they could to help OSU win imo. Seems like whenever they made a BS call there wasn't a replay of it

It is practically NEVER called. Sideline almost always gets a warning first, unless they pull a Tomlin and actively interfere with the ref trying to officiate the play.

Refs are never supposed to influence the outcome of the game, but they were doing it all night. Pathetic.

Where were these Officials from? The announcers said the American Conference and the Ref. had done a national championship game.
