Are you even paying attention to what you are posting on this site today???
Seriously. Are you???
First, you come to a Clemson sports site thinking that your desire to have some rational football discussion, which is in reality a constant barrage of speculative claims promoting UGA and bashing Clemson, won't spark negative feedback directed at you.
Then, when some folks start shoveling it back at you, it's like you are a 5 year-old on the playground. Oh, they called me names! Oh, they aren't being nice! Well, here's a fact for you. I went back and read plenty of comments from you today in which you are both condescending and insulting. How shocking that we wouldn't welcome you with open arms!
I also find it hilarious that you basically discount Clemson in any facet of the game, but when someone argues against that you throw a hissy fit about not needing to play the game since we have it all figured out already. GUESS WHAT?!? You've been doing the same crap all freaking day! Oh, but we got Pruitt. Oh, but we watch film. Oh, but we got JUCO players. Oh, but we got former offensive players on defense.
The bottom line is that you are here to rile us up just like the rest of your butt-scootin' dawg brethren. Just call it what it is.
I got nothing personal against you, but let's not kid ourselves anymore. Enough is enough.

Actually that was me for the most part and while I do know the difference between *affect and then its overall *effect, I haven't been overly aggressive for the most part.
You see, we reside in a selective group where even 'your pundits hang out in getting their daily material, more of a professional grade sports forum.
Now I am not putting your forum down at all, it's got good traffic and a solid following, but then I find you have no where to promote good talk without the sidewalk fan banter. I have been here on and off for three days now and have seen your long time supporters say the same thing "you can't hold a decent conversation here anymore." We Dawgs have a melting pot forum called the SECrant which is about the same crap as this place, but then we can slip back into our team forum (GSB for sports discussion and raving between our own ilk.
We have a game in two weeks and some somewhat civil discussion between people who don't play each other as often as we once did would have been nice.
Just saying....

I wouldn't mind UGA hitting on all cylinders come AUG 30th. I don't want any excuses...I just want Clemson to be as good as I hope they'll be. And if we get that victory, I hope UGA goes on to have a successful season. I will become a big UGA fan right after our game...I will expect yall to thrash the coots. I wasn't around for the rivalry between UGA and Clemson in the 80's so this hatred some fans have towards each other doesn't make too much sense to me...

1. While you might be very reasonable in your desire to talk Xs and Os about the game, we've been treated to countless Georgia trolls for weeks, so you can expect some push back, and that's putting it mildly.
2. The fact that I keep seeing folks complain about having been mistreated on here while then going and engaging in the same kind of behavior they are complaining about moments later is pretty ridiculous.
3. We have some fun on here. Most of the time it's not personal, and hopefully it isn't taken as such.
4. We too deep.
With that said, I welcome a civil discourse!
