I'll have to agree with Stanley. York's posts always read like the move to the Big 12 was a done deal, at least that is the way I interpreted his comments. Go back and read the post history and you will see that a Clemson/FSU announcement to the Big 12 should have already happened (it later got ammended to the end of summer).
On occasion I posed to York some logical reasons as to why I thought the move did not make sense, given what representatives were saying publicly, the fact that Notre Dame is the main target and the fact that the financial windfall of the move seemed like made up numbers because everyting is in flux right now with regards to playoffs, bowl games, conference networks, etc.
All I got for bringing some reasoning into the conversation was a low pulse rate from the 12'ers.

conferences. It's time for all of his followers to realize, he was getting fan board material. Dude tweets, Swaim Tweets,man in the 3rd stall info and every other piece of info on the internet he could find and claiming sources. He played the odds.
I don't blame him. When everyone started predicting the death of the ACC and that the football universities would have to move to keep up, odds were in his favor.He stood a better than 70% chance of being right. Now that's changed.

He should have said, "Hey, I heard stuff and I'm telling you what I heard. Nothing more, nothing less."
Instead, he staked his TNet life on his "sources." Too bad. Not a bad guy at all. I wish he'd come back and own up to proposing what he heard as gospel.
