"You may be right about the property itself not being the smoking gun. But, the sale of that property in March, shortly before XT's announcement on April 10 that he is committing to Clemson can't be totally ignored. My simple research reveals that those connected to that property, and those connected to the sale of that property have various connections to Clemson University. And, by connections I mean most are graduates and post graduates (not simply bandwagon or die-hard fans).

What I have discovered is that the Clemson Cartel is being 'managed' much differently than during the days of B.C. Inabinet. It is much more elaborate and sophisticated these days. Networking is the key to their success. And, that network is extensive and far reaching.

Much like the days of Inabinet, there is one very prominent, well-respected, powerful central figure - a person I will refer to as the Clemson Godfather. This figure has direct ties and has major influence on the following:

1. Clemson University in a variety of ways.
2. A major bank doing business in GA, SC, and NC.
3. Major corporations throughout the Southeast and beyond.
4. Several non-profit organizations (churches, educational groups, groups promoting diversity, growth, etc.)
5. Consulting firms and recruiting agencies (those who deal in identifying the 'right' candidate to be placed in corporate executive positions, academic institutions, and non-profit agencies).
6. Admissions testing on a national level.
7. Board of Directors at several institutes of higher learning.

Beneath this central figure, there are elected and appointed officials within our state at almost all levels - up to and including some elected to state government positions, magistrates, lawyers, agents, entrepreneurs, investors, theologians, and couriers. On the lower end of the spectrum are the fans.

This network was years in the making and has evolved into a well-oiled machine that can make good things happen for their mothership. And, we have all been witness to what they can accomplish. But, all I have are names of individuals, corporations, agencies, affiliations, etc.

I have connected the dots so to speak, and can reach logical conclusions based upon my limited research. And, as the old saying goes, "Where there's smoke, there's fire." But uncovering specific illegal activity is a much larger task - and probably one I'm not ready to undertake at this time."
