I wholeheartedly have trusted Dabo and his vision/decisions since his first year...i actually have agreed with his sentiment recently and thought this year would prove that to be the resting place...wont win it every year but will have a shot every 2 to 4 years...

This year will determine if he wants to continue coaching or just take his fat happy salary over the past 5-10 years and move off into the sunset!!! He has earned that right if he so chooses!!!

But no matter our record this year...we are losing a ton of production on both sides of the ball with people replacing them that are not very highly thought of...plus im sure several of our wr will opt for other programs...

This will be the year that he will have to replace big time talent and positions with the portayto even have a chance of being decent next year...including QB

What i dont get is he is the greatest person ever, the biggest motivator ever, the greatest recruiter ever...he has beliefs and morals...that doesnt mean yiu cant be the greatest portal, moral, belief recruiter ever in the portal!!! You can do there Dabo what you do in high school kids homes!!! Embrace that...next year you wont have a choice unless you quit!!!

Yeah! he got a gig coaching UNC for $11 million a year after nobody would hire in the NFL... poor Belichick!

I'm as big a Dabo fan as anyone. Personally I think he is the greatest coach in Clemson history (with great respect to Frank Howard and Danny Ford ). That being said, for a litany of reasons, the program as a whole has been sliding downward since 2020. This season is beyond what anyone expected. I believe Dabo is at a critical moment in his coaching career. There are many changes that need to be made this off season most important of all IMO is he must embrace the portal. Not to an FSU level but 10 to 15 every year. And another major change needs to be strength and conditioning. During this slide the entire team starts every game in an uphill battle against a more physical team. If next year is like this one or worse, it wont be long before he is gone and his entire legacy would be ruined. I still believe in Dabo. I hope he continues to build his legend here and make all the right moves. GO TIGERS!!!!!!!!

Dabo has three choices:
1. Clean house in the coaching staff and “recruit” the portal for STARTERS.
2. Quit
3. Keep doing what he has been doing and eventually get fired (it will take 3 years of misery at least for Neff to act). If you think we suck this year, just wait until next year.

Our 1-3 start is not a fluke. Last years playoff appearance was. Our play has been on a downward trajectory since 2020, especially on offense.

I believe Dabo can get it done, but will he?
