On being a good leader. Sad really. He has no answers and he too prideful to let anyone else shine, even if it means success for the team.

Dabo has never been known for being a good coach. He’s always been a good CEO and put guys around him that understand the game on a much higher level than him. He’s a people person not an X and O’s guy he’s not calling any plays

Maybe that’s why he’s hiring all these guys from within the program trying to change the narrative and get away from the CEO tag

Dabo's bigger vision was to prove to college football that he knew better than the Sabans, the Johnsons, the Osbournes, the Meyers, the Bryants - ####, all the hall of fame coaches - that he knew better than them, that culture was more important than talent. How do you do that, you hire 7-8 yes men with no experience nor leadership skills, but - the most important criteria - the total surrender to the chief.
