Although he didn't work out, Mike Bellamy was pretty quick. Watched him take it to the house 70 yards vs Troy on his first carry, he got there in a hurry. But yes, Spiller definitely has to be in contention, atleast in the last 20 years since I've been alive

Completely forgot about Ford. Though he didn't have as many opportunities to show his speed like Spiller did. He was usually infront of Spiller blocking on all of his KO returns

I don't know if it has been broken since but when he ran the 40 at the NFL combine, Jacoby Ford was the fastest player EVER. Not just Clemson. Fastest ever at the combine.

Jacoby, Trapp,Rod McSwain, and Jerry Butler are the fastest I've seen. Spiller could stop on a dime then resume speed faster than human I have ever seen. And Terry Allen is the one man I've ever seen who seemed to lose absolutely no speed when he put on pads.

Jerry Butler ... unless proven otherwise.

Seriously, I have no idea how Jerry Butler's speed would stack up against Ford, Spiller, Trapp, Watkins, etc. He supposedly was timed a 4.21 ... All I know is that I never, ever saw anyone come close to catching him from behind.
