Emergency Management personnel would be wise to attend Gamecock football games. By watching thousands of Gamecock fans leaving the stadium early in the third quarter would show them how to achieve rapid evacuation should there be a need for rapid evacuation in case of an emergency in public buildings.

It’ll take two years to move all the pallets and dumpsters. They could drop pamphlets from a helicopter to ask everyone to sweep their yard too!

Considering they always tout their business school they should ask for help. Why dump money into something that won’t ever be anything. Makes more sense to build a new women’s basketball court or get a new bass boat or something.
