ACC tournament. With another two great players Amanda will be there. It is a well coached team just need little more talent.

Sounded like in the postgame William Qualkinbush had with assistant coach Daniel Barber,he said that they will be getting 2 good Junior College transfers. He named their names but I don't remember right off what the names were.I did remember him saying that one of them was a really good 3 point shooter, who in a game recently made 9 3 pointers.

Good news. Nothing wrong with Jr college or portal transfers if academics in order. We seem to need that big athletic center.

I think Coach Butler has done a good job given the dumpster fire she inherited. Her players play with great heart and unity. That being said, she has had difficulty recruiting ACC caliber talent to Clemson now that all her Florida transfers are gone. Apparently both Amari and Daisha are coming back so that is good. She has 2 ESPN Top 100 players on her roster. Neither currently play like it. They play good defense but both need a lot of work in the off season on their ball-handling skills and their 3-pt. shot. Coach Barber is putting the best possible face on what was a poor recruiting year after a 10-21 season. I have seen film of both these players. The great 3 pt. shooter he is touting is 5' 3 "tall. Ale'jah Douglas had similar numbers in JUCO and is 5'2" and averages about 5 points/gm at Clemson. Not saying they can't hit their shots but they will have to be wide open and get them off quickly before someone closes them down. Both are good ball handlers but will have to be creative to get good shots up. We had a girl from UT-Martin transfer in several years ago after leading the NCAA in 3 pt shots. She also found life was a little more difficult in the ACC. The other JUCO player has an Ino Inyang type body and will take time to develop. I believe if we are to continue to improve next year Coach Butler will need to find transfer players of the caliber of Perpignan and Hannah Hank in the portal. And Gaines and Whitehorn are going to need to step up their games rather significantly. I don't think relying on JUCO players to fill those holes is a solution.
