Concerning DJ....

Reggie Merriweather just said he would like to see the Tigers establish a strong running game right away. This would help to settle DJ down. But will it? The tigers have run plenty in the last three games, but has this helped DJ to throw the ball? And as qb, and offensive leader, shouldn't he be doing things to settle down the rest of the offense? Thoughts?

Either he’s had a few weeks to get better and correct the mental stuff or he’s still going to screw up and unlikely to beat out Cade. No reason to worry about it before it happens. We will likely see his trajectory tonight. Either much improved and if so he’s the franchise qb. Or if much the same we better hope Cade comes in and blows us all away.

Will he be healthier? Hopefully. But he's still not 100 %. He doesnt need to light it up just manage things and make some plays

So you think if he has a good game in a meaningless bowl game he’s all of the sudden a franchise qb?
This game means absolutely nothing for next year and beyond. No matter the outcome.
