Cade a JR. Has had a great season that would probably be good enough to be at least a 3rd round draft pick if he enters the draft after this season. But if he comes back and has great stats next season Cade could increase his stock to 1st round. I hope Cade returns because I don’t know that Vizzina is ready yet. I’d rather be led by a veteran SR QB who continues to get better.

I would be very surprised if he doesn't return. You never know though. I think the team would be stacked on O next year if the running back situation shapes up well. He would have a chance to become a solid 2nd rounder IMHO.

My thoughts are usually worth nothing, but here goes....It would shock me if Cade does not come back next year. With the improvements he has made from last year to this year, he should be even better next year. I still do not think he can be elite, but I do think he has the possibility to approach elite status next year and improve his draft stock.
CViz. will probably transfer. Just a hunch but he has sat for a long time behind Cade and unless he is willing to sit one more year, he is probably moving on to greener pastures. It is imperative that Clemson recruits at least one good QB this cycle. I would prefer a 4-5 star guy, and a 3 star development/diamond in the rough type guy. If that happens, we can use the Transfer Portal later on if one or both do not work out or transfer out of the program. From what I have seen from CViz he is serviceable, but does not have enough to get over the hump so to speak....

Yeah we will just walk into the portal and go shopping. Clemson ain't paying so we aren't getting anyone worth a crap out of the portal. I do not think most of you understand how the actual portal works.

I'd say there's a higher likelihood he gets poached by another college team than there is he goes pro, and I don't there's a particularly high chance that happens either.

I know Cade isn't perfect, but I wouldn't come back unless there is a change in either the playbook or the play caller(OC) or both. It's like we have 2 different playbooks. If that isn't going to happen I might look to the portal to see what my options might be. I know this won't be popular, but neither is our offense. Cade has shown signs of greatness this season, but the coaches aren't helping him out the last 3 games.

I think he comes back, BUT I feel like this is a very weak QB draft class. He may get a Round 1/2 grade and decide to go.

Of course, he most likely wouldn't be drafted anyway. Even when he graduates, he's a late rounder at best .

If Cade is smart, He'll return to Clemson for his senior year. With his experience, HE'LL raise his draft stock, and be a much better QB next year (2025). It just makes sense. I don't place any stock in OC Riley, but the mere fact that Cade has imporoved this year so much, and another year? He'd be a 1st rounder.

Where's he going to? Please don't say NFL. It was all this Heisman talk before the Louisville game when I knew that the something wasn't going to go right and the Tigers lost at home. Not blaming him for the lost but it was the " rat poison " that Saban always spoke about. Yes he will be back next season. Yes he will graduate. He will get a shot at the NFL, but a 1st round selection is not in his cards.
