Circumstantial evidence would infer Vizzina is not good

given the fact it doesn’t appear he is threatening an abysmal Cade…. But…. I have no confidence in the evaluation ability of this staff. Reasons include 1. Starting Cole Stoudt over DW 2. Bryant over Lawrence 3. Telling us for 3 years Linthicum wasn’t ready only to have him be the best OL as soon as he finally hit the field 4. Cade Denhoff at the top of the DE rotation 5. Tristan Smith barely seeing the field 6. Burning Davidsons redshirt with one carry to date 7. Our best safety (Barnes) was a fall back recruit after decommits. I’m sure there’s a ton more

I think you can play in four games before your redshirt is burnt. I get what you mean though. Lots of head scratching decisions. Vizinna not playing given how things are going isn’t comforting.

Yes, at this point Cade could red shirt. Hypothetically, that is. Hail, everyone on the d... team could red shirt for that matter.

Just watch him play in mop-up duty last year. If he were any good, somebody would have snagged him in the portal.

Good point Tigerbalm1..Surley he could have started at another University and made more money if he was a Stud. But probably a Dud. Hopefully we find out soon. Bc Cade is damaged goods.

Do you think NIL money has an influence on who plays? For example...

Is there pressure on a coach to leave in a high dollar NIL guy instead of replacing him with one making significant less $$$ ?

Vizzina played 2A in high school, put up good numbers against inferior competition and had the right build (6'3" 210).

He actually put up pretty pedestrian numbers in high school, borderline bad. He got his 5 star rating from the camp circuit based on his size, skill set and potential.

I think Dabo and staff get caught up personality and favorites and good players get left out of the "group" - the Ranger who played for a few seasons said this after he left. That the staff is bad about playing favorites.

Every kid and their parents feel that way when they are not playing.
I think we see why Cade was not played over DJ his freshman year. Neither are very good.

Am I going to get shot if I say out loud that Trent Pearman is the QB that gives us the best chance to win... and has been so for the past 2 seasons?
