Need 1 ticket; student unable to get one

My son was unable to get a student ticket, which makes me call BS. He's IPTAY collegiate club and should have been able to get one.
My mistake, but I already gave a family member my last ticket.
So, I will pay $100 for a lower deck ticket so he can squeeze in with us. If you can help, please let me know.

He's a freshman, but should pretty much be guaranteed with his IPTAY membership.

Gauranteed? There's X amount of tickets. And he still has the freshman time for tickets. There's obviously more people than tickets for each allotment. Durrrrrr

I am a senior and student collegiate club, I did not get one today either. He still has a chance to get one in his class ranking day. It is unfortunate, I had same problem for Notre Dame.
